We are proud to present our house to your (year of construction 2008). Centrally located in the well-known ski resort Serfaus,
you have all the possibilities that a holiday in the Alps
can offer you with us as a starting point all year long!

an extra wish for breakfast or insider information on the local ski resorts - we are looking forward to making
your stay with us as pleasant as possible, because we are happy to be there for you!

Our house is designed for maximum comfort for our guests. Elevator, ski and boot room, underground car park,
covered parking space directly in the house, wellness area, children's playroom, lounge and much more....

Serfaus and its surroundings offers
endless opportunities to you - such as:
- 3 lifts within 50 m of our house
- a total of 70 lift facilities, including 40 cable cars and ski lifts
- 187 skiable kilometres in total

- 3 different slopes down to the bottom stations (50 m away)
- day care centre Murmlikrippe & Murmliclub for children
And what about Serfaus?
In addition to the many ski runs, the village has a lot more to offer.
We have three sports stores, a lot of restaurants around
and Patschi’s Pub close to us, a doctor, a local chemist’s
but also (seriously!) a subway and a bus stop in front of the house.
Furthermore, a large variety of fun events and activities
are organized for our guests and visitors
who would like to enjoy a nice evening or a great night out.
