Breakfast buffet
Choose between bread roll service to your appartement door from approx. 6.30 a.m. (order the day before, various choice, also gluten free)
or our breakfast buffet from 7.30 to 10.10 a.m. with table reservation (gladly order before arrival or latest at the day before).

We offer a pleasant selection of cold and warm dishes, seasonal and regional natural products and the possibility to have a gluten-free breakfast.
Prices: adult € 16,- | youth 12 to 17 y. € 14,- | kids 6 to 11 y. € 12,- | toddlers under 5 y. € 3,- (price depends on the year of birth)
Dinner
A lot of restaurants around offers dinners with delivery in your appartement directly: regional delicacies, pizza, pasta and so on.
Or you love to go out and eat there in the house. Also possible to cook yourself in your own apartment kitchen.
Information for our guests
All prices are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of local taxes, final cleaning, ski pass and other additional services per night and apartment.
Daily cleaning and breakfast are optional.
Please note that for each additional person above the normal occupancy,
depending on the apartment, an additional € 49,- per person and night will be charged.
The normal occupancy is indicated in brackets next to the apartments.

Deposit: approx. 40% of the accommodation costs can be paid by bank transfer or credit card
Cancellation conditions: according to AGBH
In case of any cancellation by the guest, in particular up to 90 days before the arrival date,
cancellation fees and/or processing fees of up to € 250,- /apartment may be charged to the guest.
GOOD TO KNOW: In case of an official closure of the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region/your booked accommodation or border closings
during your booked holiday period, it is possible to withdraw from the accommodation contract without cancellation fees.
Cancellation insurance: We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance
