House rules
Welcome in our Aparthotel Alpendiamant!
We hope you had a problem-free journey and your holiday can now really begin.
We wish you will find a lot of relaxation and joy here in Serfaus and in our house.
We would be happy to provide you with information about what is worth knowing in our house:
- Please only wear slippers in the holiday apartments.
- Please always take your key cards with you if you are on the road for a long time.
- We separate the garbage. Please stick to it for the sake of the environment. You have to dispose of the garbage yourself.
Garbage cans are provided in the garbage room (organic waste, residual waste, glass, plastic, cans, paper and cardboard) - The vacuum cleaner in the hallway can be used at any time.
- Please do not go into the apartments with ski boots.
- Please leave the strollers in the basement.
- All apartments are newly furnished. Please avoid scratching the laminate floor and furniture.
- Important! Please always switch on the extractor hood when cooking!
- Quiet time from 10:00 p.m.
- Smoking is prohibited in the whole house (except on the balconies / terraces)
Departure:
- If something breaks accidentally, we ask you to report this to us.
- Please leave the apartments clean and tidy.
- Check-out: 10:00 a.m.

Bread roll service: a list and photos of the rolls are available at reception
Order: special rolls - by 4:30 p.m. the day before
Rolls, oat flakes, Kornspitz, black bread - until 8 p.m. the day before
Banks: Raiffeisenbank and Volksbank in Serfaus
Breakfast: All guests have the option of using the breakfast buffet at an additional cost. Simply enter yourself in the list at reception the day before.
