For logistical reasons, the arrival and departure day is on Tuesday or Wednesday or Saturday currently.

Information for our guests

Breakfast

Choose between bread roll service to your appartement door from approx. 6.30 a.m. (order the day before, various choice, also gluten free) 
or our breakfast buffet from 7.30 to 10.10 a.m. with table reservation (gladly order before arrival or latest the day before).

We also offer extended breakfast time on demand. Looking forward to our lovingly prepared breakfast buffet: 
We offer a pleasant selection of cold and warm dishes, seasonal and regional natural products and the possibility to have a gluten-free breakfast.

Prices: adult € 14.- | youth 12 to 17 y. € 12.- | kids 6 to 11 y. € 10.- | toddlers under 5 y. € 2.- (price depends on the year of birth)

Dinner 

The restaurants around offers dinners with delivery in your appartement directly: regional delicacies, pizza, pasta and so on.
Or you love to go out and eat there in the house. Also possible to cook yourself in your own apartment kitchen.

All prices are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of local taxes, final cleaning,
Super Sommer Card at arrival per night: adult € 6,00, children € 3,00 age group 2008-2017  & kids for free to age group 2018
and other additional services per night and apartment.

Daily cleaning and breakfast are optional and seasonal.
Please note that for each additional person above the normal occupancy,
depending on the apartment, an additional € 39,- per person and night will be charged.
The normal occupancy is indicated in brackets next to the apartments.

Check-in latest at 4.00 p.m.
Check-out to 10.00 a.m.
Deposit: approx. 40 - 50% of the accommodation costs can be paid by bank transfer or credit card

Cancellation conditions: according to AGBH

In case of any cancellation by the guest, in particular up to 90 days before the arrival date,
cancellation fees and/or processing fees of up to € 150.- /apartment may be charged to the guest.

Cancellation insurance: We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance
e. g.European travel insurance with special COVID-19 terms.

Means of payment: cash payment, Mastercard, Visa card, bank cards, bank transfer
Electronic key-card system: throughout the house
Allergy sufferers: All apartments are suitable for allergy sufferers
Pets: are unfortunately not allowed for hygienic reasons, in exeption of one optional apartment for pets
Smoking: is not allowed in the whole house - on the balconies and terraces you can smoke of course
Parking: in the garage and parking space inclusive
WiFi: unlimited, free use throughout the house
